BRAND POP-UPS
1) Narwal Pop-up: The Floor Lab
The first Korea pop-up for the global brand Narwal.
Built a concept-driven space inspired by the “Floor Lab” theme.
Delivered interactive programs and guided exhibition-style content for visitors.
Scope included exhibition and hands-on experience design, SNS activations and participation programs, and a brand ambassador fan meeting.
2) Sapporo Premium Beer: The First Bar
Korea’s first Sapporo Beer pop-up store.
Built an experience space featuring two premium Sapporo draft beer offerings.
Ran an interactive brand zone with on-site engagement events.
Delivered end-to-end execution: pop-up operations, tasting activations, and viral video content production.
3) FC Mobile After Work
Launched a nationwide talent-scouting project to discover top FC Mobile players among working professionals in Korea.
Hosted regional representative event matches selected through guerrilla-style local tournaments.
Built a pop-up stage and public event space with interactive audience programming.
Led end-to-end scope: regional qualifiers, finals space & content planning, and full event program design and operations.
